All our tube components and a wide range of standard models are certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with EN 1176. At the same time, we always design our tube slides to comply with EN 1176. Can we install the tube slide ourselves?

You have the option of installing your new tube slide yourself. All our tube slides come with general assembly and installation principles, which can always be downloaded from our product pages. In addition, we always prepare unique assembly instructions for each tube slide, showing how the tubes are to be assembled in precisely your tube slide. However, depending on the complexity and size of the tube slide, it is important to be aware that you may need, for example, a crane, lift etc. for the installation.

What is the delivery time?

We always have many tubes in stock. We can therefore quickly dispatch the components you need. We always try to keep our delivery times as short as possible, usually four to five weeks and often shorter.

How are LEDON’s tube slides delivered?

The tube components of the tube slide are packed and dispatched on pallets. We can also dispatch the tubes partially pre-assembled if you wish. A pre-assembled tube slide is often delivered in two to four larger parts, which helps ensure correct assembly of the tube slide as well as very easy and quick installation on-site.

How long is the warranty on LEDON‘s tube slides?

Our polyethylene tube components and lacquered steel support system come with a five-year warranty, while our nylon parts have a ten-year warranty.
