LEDON SmartAlign – Created to support the unique
At LEDON, high quality does not end with the delivered product. It is equally important for us that the assembly process is easy and straightforward and that you get the perfect end result. To this end, we have developed the LEDON SmartAlign system.
LEDON SmartAlign is an ingenious and innovative concept that sets new standards for how tube slides are supported and customised. SmartAlign includes an innovative and flexible support system and an adjustable exit section, which both simplify the installation of the tube slide and ensure a precise result.
SmartAlign ensures you get a tailor-made solution that combines strength, aesthetics and ease of use. The system is developed on the basis of real needs while respecting both design and functionality. Among other things, SmartAlign makes it possible to adjust support posts and brackets individually for each project, so you are always guaranteed vertical posts in the ground with maximum stability and load-bearing capacity. The system gives you freedom in the design phase, a nice visual end result and peace of mind when the tube slide starts being used.
Unique to the LEDON SmartAlign system
Several types of length-adjustable posts
Additional height-adjustment option after installation with our biggest posts
Adjustable bracket that can be angled in any direction
Guarantee for vertical posts in the ground
Exit section with 3.5° of adjustability to each side
Shortens and simplifies tube slide installation
Easy replacement of tube sections without having to reinstall the ground post

The adjustable bracket – the heart of SmartAlign

One of the most innovative elements of SmartAlign is our adjustable bracket which can be angled in any direction. This makes installation easier, more precise and faster, as the bracket makes it possible to adjust the angle between the tube slide and the post directly – without having to move the post itself. This results in both a stronger construction and a time-saving installation process.
The bracket is made from a combination of galvanised and lacquered steel and low-maintenance plastic components (polyethylene and nylon), ensuring long durability and protection against sharp edges.
Three types of support – each designed for a specific purpose
Post Ø76

This post is the smallest of our vertical posts. It is suitable for lower tube slides or as an extra support for longer slides. The post is available in heights of up to 2 metres, and is fitted with our adjustable bracket to ensure that it always stands vertical – regardless of the angle of the tube slide.
Post Ø127
This post is our strongest and most flexible vertical post. It is used where maximum stability is needed, for example with high start heights. The post consists of sections that can be added or removed depending on the desired height of the post. Moreover, there is an additional height-adjustment option around the bracket of 22.5 cm that makes installation and subsequent maintenance of the tube slide quick and efficient. Like post Ø76, the Ø127 post is also equipped with our adjustable bracket.
Intermediate post
Our intermediate post extends from one tube flange to another, and is used in particular for spiral slides where ground support is not possible. It can be adjusted by up to one metre in length, and ensures that the weight is distributed correctly in the structure.
Materials and surfaces
- Post Ø76 and post Ø127: Made of galvanised and powder-coated steel. The powder coating comes in a standard grey colour, but is also available in beige, green or black.
- Intermediate post: Made of black plastic-coated galvanised steel to protect against sharp edges and to create a discreet look.
A surface-adaptable exit

We have developed our well-known tube slide exit to allow adjustment to either side, offering greater flexibility in the design phase and increased precision during installation.
This new sideways adjustment feature ensures that the exit can be aligned horizontally in a sideways direction, making installation easier and more accurate. A precisely aligned exit improves structural stability, durability, and safety, while minimizing unnecessary strain on the entire slide system.
