What technical matters should you be aware of for combined designs?
When choosing a combined solution, the technical aspects will depend on your final choice of design. A common feature of virtually all our models is the need for support posts to ensure a stable construction. A support post is usually required at every curve or bend, while our straight models require a post every three metres. Thanks to our adjustable support system, we have a support post for every need.
Depending on how fast the children go down the slide, it may also be necessary to have an exit extension. This is a requirement for high-speed slides, as the exit extension dampens speed and ensures the children have a smooth and safe finish to their ride. In some cases, we will also recommend an anti-climb panel or anti-climb sign, as tube slides with a combined design are often high, making it necessary to prevent adventurous children from climbing up the outside of the slide.
