Why choose accessories from LEDON?
The design process for our tube slides does not end with the choice of a straight, spiral or S-shaped tube slide. Our accessories are also part of this process – sometimes out of necessity and other times as an option. Our accessories range right from start panels and anti-climb panels to windows and exits. Everything you need to complete your tube slide and create a smooth ride from start to finish.

Product overview
Colours for precisely your design

All our exits come in the same colour variants as our tube slides. This way you can be sure that the entire tube slide is available in exactly the colour combination you want. Our start panels also come in a selection of colours. Here it may be a good idea to choose a neutral or contrasting colour when you are to combine it with the tube slide. Windows and anti-climb panels will mostly come in a neutral grey colour, but should you need to change the colours of these, this can also be done for an additional price.
We use the same high-quality materials for our accessories as for our tube slides. For example, this means that exits, start panels and window frames are UV-stabilised, and the colours are therefore protected against significant fading. The tube colours will therefore be more resistant to the rays of the sun – even in countries with intense sunlight.

What technical matters should you be aware of for accessories?
If you want a complete tube slide from us, a start panel and an exit will always be a necessity. However, it may vary which start panel is needed and how long the exit needs to be. The design of the start panel will depend on whether the tube slide is to be attached to a play tower or other structure, or whether it is free-standing, for example as an embankment slide. For slides with low slide speed and short slide length, an ordinary exit may be enough, but, for certain designs and high start heights, our exit extension will be required to comply with EN 1176. If you prefer a longer exit than required by the safety requirements, it is always possible to add an extension.
Windows and anti-climb panels are both optional extras for the tube slide. However, there may be tube slides where our recommendation will be to add an anti-climb panel. The optional addition of windows applies to our straight tube components of 59 and 106 cm. For our spiral slides, the first tube in the tube slide will often be straight and a good place to place a window, as it gives the children extra light when they are getting ready for the ride down the slide. If multiple straight tubes are used in the tube slide design, you can choose to place windows in several places.
