For more than 25 years, we have produced tube slides of the highest quality and have delivered thousands of tubes for both Danish and international projects. Our long experience has given us in-depth knowledge of the complex requirements and precise processes needed to produce tube slides that can withstand both heavy use and weather challenges.

What is rotational moulding?

Rotational moulding is a process in which plastic granules are heated and formed into a rotating mould. The material melts and distributes itself evenly in the mould, creating uniform, strong and durable products. Rotational moulding is used to produce large plastic products such as tube slides, storage containers and play equipment.

The complexity of our production requires not only great technical understanding, but also careful calculation of factors such as oven temperature, cooling rate, processing and much more. This knowledge is a key element in ensuring that we can deliver tube elements of the highest quality every time.

We use the recognised production method, rotational moulding, which allows us to produce tubes and tube slides with incredible precision and durability. This method not only ensures a high quality but also allows us to create modular elements that can be assembled in many different ways. This gives us the flexibility to handle even the most demanding projects and designs. The consistent production technique means that we can guarantee the same high quality and precision in every single tube we produce, which provides great reliability.

We are also continuously upgrading our production with aluminium moulds for higher precision. The moulds also last longer, minimising maintenance and contributing to a more economical and sustainable production.

After the production of each tube, we use a robotic arm that makes precise measurements using a laser and then drills 24 flange holes. This automated process ensures that all tube elements fit together perfectly, making assembly and installation easier and faster.

We perform continuous control measurements to ensure that we always maintain high quality and precision in our production. Our quality control is thorough and is performed both during and after production, and we therefore know that all elements meet the highest standards – whether they are for national or international projects.
