Create competition with two terrain slides

In Kolding's largest integrated day care institution, Kildemosen, they had to design a large outdoor area that created versatile play experiences for the institution's many children. The outdoor area for the oldest children is divided into levels, and it was therefore ideal to include the embankment in the design of the playground.

By adding our tube slides, it was a great solution to create coherence between the two different levels, while at the same time providing an experience we know will be a hit among the children. Slides are typically one of the favorite activities on the playground, and two long terrain slides will therefore quickly become popular. The institution chose to place the two tube sides side by side, as it provides a competitive element to the playground. As the children slide, they can see who gets through the tube slide first, as well as who comes up the fastest to try again.

Both slides have our S-shaped design, which is the best design for tube slides that need to stretch a long way without the children going too fast. The small curves reduce speed, and even if the embankment is long, the children will still have a pleasant slide.
