Kolding Design School

Playful element in the indoor decor

Kolding Design School is an educational institution that advocates for innovation, creativity and free imagination. They wanted to integrate these values into their design of a large indoor open space, where students gather in study groups or to enjoy their lunch.

As a solution, they chose to add a yellow tube slide that goes down one floor – and the students can therefore save a trip down the stairs from the first floor. To get the most out of the experience, they chose our spiral design, which is space-saving and provides a longer slide ride in a smaller area. For these very reasons, our spiral slide is often the ideal choice when a tube slide needs to be added indoors.

With well-placed support posts and our solid construction as well as materials, adults can also safely use our slides. Adults are able to get as much joy and excitement from a ride down the slide as the children. At the design school, the tube slide has helped to prove that playing has no age limit.
